As the majority are extremely upset with this yar's draft class, it shouldn't surprise anyone as this was the same Head Coach would dealt Ratliff & McKie for Stackhoue & Eric Montross! He clearly doesn't like one-dimensional players, perfers a half-court grindout, styled offense and buys into the defensive team concept. Like his style or not, that is what type of team he wants to put together. All five players on the court are two way players who need to play together as a team, to achieve success. Doug Collins is fully aware that you win many regular season games with an up and down style, but you win playoff games executing in the half-court on both sides of the ball. With the success, Doug Collins and his staff achieved with this team last season, he has earned some goodwill to be trusted that the franchise is headed into the right direction. We cannot judge these new draft additions, until they get a few years in to determine if they were mistakes or not. They are now apart of the Sixers Family, where I will support them and hope they do make a positive impact with the team.
