Q: What is your biggest offseason priority?

A: I think what I always try to do is look at ways you think you might be able to improve your team and try to move in that direction. It's not always easy - you may not have the wherewithal or may not be able to get it. This time of the year, you have conversations with a lot of other teams. Everybody sits down with their basketball people and tries to see what they need. We'll try to see what we can do.
