He needs to understand that others expect him to take the game seriously. We all want him to have fun, but that fun comes from the satisfaction of playing the right way, which for MO means more PT.

Doug would love to play him if he was a better defender and just worked harder on it, how to stand, where to stand to defend, where to use your arms, where not to. How close your foot should be to his and so on. If Mo tried to do different things and experiment it might get him more PT. Nothing gets him pulled quicker than a lackluster effort, which happens quite often with Speezy.
