The What If

On the previous draft the 6ers drafted Evan Turner from Ohio state. Nice choice considering his stats 20.0 ppg, 6apg, and 9.2 rpg. First off, the sixers we're lucky to even get the # 2 pick in the draft. But what if we got the # 1 pick? How would this season be? John Wall would be a sixer, and Jru would get the boot. But John Wall wouldn't be just another player he wwould be THE sixer. John Wall would be one of the great point guards this franchise ever had besides Allen Iverson and good old Doug Collins. This move would easily move the sixers into the upper classes in the east. With Wall, we could keep AI9 and those two could flourish like any goog PG to SF/SG combination. Wall would be our first TRUE point guard and could score the ball at will. With him at the helm, this team would have unlimited combo's for the different positions making us a very hard team to figure out. Wall would flourish and would easily contend for the rookie of the year award. Wall comes from a very renound school in Kentucky which has had it's share of good point guards like Rondo, and the new rookie sensation Brandon Knight. So this means that wall has had his share of good advice from Kalipari. As for Jru, he would have to be traded or face being in the shadow of Wall for the rest of his very young career. Now if this was to happen, some sutiors for Holiday would be NJ, Portland, or the heat who lack a true point to run that crazed offense. All I'm saying is just that the sixers would have been a team to contend had we won the rights to John Wall. It's kind of amazing to think how much one player could do to a franchise. I found this link looking at last years draft : 2010 draft and this link for the selections:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_NBA_Draft. It's really something to see how it all went down that fateful night:

Why is it necessary to look at this "What-If" scenario?

What if we traded Iguodala, never signed Brand, and signed LeBron, Wade, and Bosh?

If somebody’s interested in putting together a graph with the ratio of sequential fanposts to misspellings and grammatical errors, I’d be interested in reading that.
