Ok I’m gonna give a first round prospect, a second round prospect, and an undrafted prospect because I’m an arrogant prick. Or because I’m indecisive and I like college basketball and prospects too much to pick just one. Or Richard Nixon.
1st: Paul George (WHATS UP TANNER!)
2nd: Craig Brackins
U: Kenneth Faried
come on ride the train it’s a choo choo ride it

well if we’re making up our own rules….
1st: Paulio Gerorgio (Italian alter ego of Paul George)
2nd: Willie Warren – if he goes 1st then I go Greivis Vasquez (HOMER!)
U: Landon Milbourne (MORE HOMER!)

i liked dexter pittman early (especially after the UNC game) but as the season progressed he did not – so his i was 400 lbs story is not so good
Who has the balls to pimp the dude from Tennessee who got explled?

Agreed with Pittman, he looked good early on then fell completely off the map. Tyler Smith’s gonna end up in Europe.

Tyler Smith's already in Europe
Played six games with Bornova BLD in Turkey alongside Josh Shipp, Kedrick Brown and Frank Elegar, among others.
He averaged 20.5 points, 8.7 boards and 4.3 assists in 33 minutes of playing time.
I’ll draft him in the second round.

Aaric Murray
I am a big fan of Aaric Murray from LaSalle. Just a freshman this season, started late picking up ball in 2007 and has already emerged as a pro prospect with a lot of potential. Physically he does not look like a great big man at 6’10" and skinny but he has a great wingspan and his perimeter shooting is incredible especially for a player of his size. Hit around 48% from three point land this past season, but can also attack the basket inside, great finisher and rebounder. His ability to spread the floor from his position will be a valuable asset for team’s in the NBA and he still has a ton of potential as he improves his basketball IQ from lack of experience and when he starts bulking up a bit (his frame is almost Kevin Durant-like, scrawny with long arms). Apparently he may be entering the NBA draft this year since he is pretty old for a freshman at 20, I went to see him play twice this year and I really liked what I saw.
Definite definite sleeper. I think he’ll head back to school for another year but you’re right, absolutely loaded with potential.

Avery Bradley
Jimmer Fredette
Damion James
A super-flier:
Trevor Booker aka Booker T

i think he’ll make it in the league. he can shoot from anywhere, he’s sneaky athletic, got a lot stronger. a smaller kyle korver is an interesting comparison.
What the hell is a small Kyle Korver good for?
Aren’t there like 90 of them?

Kyle McAlarney! Colin Falls! Bo McCallebb! Ryan Toolson! Ben Woodside! Salim Stoudamire! Gimme some time and I’ll get to 90

90 guys – regardless of height – who can shoot the 3 like kyle korver can?
No – there aren’t

But undersized shooters
Can definitely be found without using a draft pick.

How small was Steve Kerr (a serious question – i don’t know how short / tall he was?)

I like Damion as a person (we’re tight) but I don’t think he does anything in the NBA. Booker could make it as a Millsap/Glen Davis type

If given the chance maybe, but for some reason I just see him going overseas and being forgotten about. Which is a shame because he’s lottery if he left after his sophomore year.
