Things are getting pretty tight!

Recap from Hawks game might be up tomorrow. I'm kind of dreading watching it now that I know the score.

let’s go let’s go let’s go. I think the kings and knicks go on a run, leaving us around pick 6 with a decent shot at top 3. fingers crossed. At this point my top three are Wall, Turner, Cousins with everyone else a long way away.

Well the Kings won a game I didn’t think they’d win so the sixers maybe make up an extra whole game on them this week

this is so sad

we’re rooting for our team to lose and enjoying it. i just think that it’s so sad that its funny.

by packimop on Mar 4, 2010 8:14 AM PST reply actions

we are rooting for the future of our team. :D

Better pick and Jordan gone at the end of the year. If we win games now we lose in the long run.

if Elton Brand is out for a significant amount of time

I don’t see this team beating ANYBODY that has two legit front line players. period.

by packimop on Mar 4, 2010 8:15 AM PST reply actions

Between now and the time the sixers play the knicks I believe they’ll have 1 win (they’ll be 1-9 in their last 10)

They play the pacers shortly after the pacers return from their west coast swing – the sixers even without brand should win that game

by jemagee on Mar 4, 2010 8:37 AM PST reply actions

they got some big games comin up then. they play at home against NY at home against NJ then @NY. if they could lose all three of those games that would be huge. I honestly think the Nets will beat 6ers if they don’t have elton brand in the lineup.

by packimop on Mar 4, 2010 9:04 AM PST up reply actions

I think the nets have a better young core than the sixers – when healthy- i just htink at some point you’re just beaten down by the season.

I think that game could go either way depending on which team cares more

by jemagee on Mar 4, 2010 10:22 AM PST up reply actions

it really seems like the 6ers are beaten down right now, doesn’t it?

If your boss was the equivalent of eie joran – how would yo ufeel

I have a clueless boss – so trust me – i understand

I'm going to be at that nets game.

Look for me really close to the court, because no one else is going to be there…

PUrely theoretical question

In the 2010 draft – what’s the LOWEST pick you’d trade Andre Iguodala for?

by jemagee on Mar 4, 2010 11:36 AM PST reply actions

If we’re only taking back expirings?

by Michael Levin on Mar 4, 2010 11:51 AM PST up reply actions

Nope – say a deal of equal length – but maybe more expensive even – my one target was utah since they are tax feared and like to contend – and own the knicks pick – they might be willing to move that pick for a solid player, but the only deal they have they don’t like that is ‘workable’ is kirilenko who actually is a shorter deal (but more money per year)

If it’s all expirings for iguodala – you ain’t getting a top 5 pick

by jemagee on Mar 4, 2010 12:02 PM PST up reply actions

I’d take Kirelinko and the Jazz pick without hesitation. Kirelinko expires next year and we’re talking about 2 top 8 picks? where do i sign?

by Jordan Sams on Mar 4, 2010 12:12 PM PST up reply actions

Yeah, I’m not sure the jazz would make that deal…that’s the problem…keeps them competetive longer probably as opposed to a draft pick – but on the hook.

It’s amazing that they don’t have any really bad contracts

by jemagee on Mar 4, 2010 12:23 PM PST up reply actions

Depends on what happens with Boozer. Williams-Boozer-Iguodala isn’t a bad threesome to have for the next few years.

by Jordan Sams on Mar 4, 2010 12:43 PM PST up reply actions

Why anyone thinks the Jazz are going to re-sign Boozer is BEYOND me…they didn’t want him this year – he just didn’t opt out – he’s playing for a new contract and milsap provides a more affordable alternative.

One of the ‘locks’ of free agency this year is that boozer won’t be on the jazz

by jemagee on Mar 4, 2010 1:27 PM PST up reply actions

I’d do a top ten. Losing a big contract and having two top 10 picks would put us in decent shape 3 years down the road

by Michael Levin on Mar 4, 2010 12:59 PM PST up reply actions

sad state for the sixers

the way things are going we will get the top pick and wall and turner will return to school lol

by Scotan on Mar 4, 2010 12:26 PM PST reply actions

I’d bet you 1,000 dollars that both of them don’t return to school.

I’m pretty sure neither of them will

by jemagee on Mar 4, 2010 12:35 PM PST up reply actions

im pretty sure there wont as well. im just saying that would be the sixers luck this season

by Scotan on Mar 4, 2010 12:46 PM PST up reply actions

No Sixers game or lottery games tonight. Wow.

D-Wade vs Kobe. I’m down.
