Smith wrote a column in the Philadelphia Inquirer on the status of the 76ers, saying they should focus on a high draft pick and forget about winning this season. I don’t think he can still play, let alone be as good as Iguodala is now. He’s too old. He’s a bad fit for us, a great steal for Houston.
Imagine him not as a player, but as a 23 million dollar piece of paper that you only have to pay for one year. Think, sometime.

Of course he’d LOVE to play for the sixers.
Sixers already took one guy whose career was basically over but is still a name and let him play as many minutes as he wants to the dteriment of player development – T-mac has to assume that the sixers would do the same thing.

I would trade for him. There is NO WAY I trade Igoudala and Dalembert for him.
Anyway, I can’t stand Steven A. Smith. I was really annoyed when he called Eddie Jordan a “class act”.
Eddie can be a “class act” and still be a total dumbass. He just goes about his job with, well, class.

TMac is 30, he’s not that old, don’t confuse injury prone with old. Still, whats the point? He’ll go the the Knicks and average over 20 ppg in D’Antoni’s offense
He's back
He’s currently useless to any team as a basketball player
and don’t confuse basketball old with actual old – his injuries DO affect his ‘basketball age’
