Around SBN: Jerry Sandusky's Wife Tries To Run A Reporter Over

In particular, the Suns are still holding out hope that Philadelphia will come to the table and agree to a deal sending Andre Iguodala and Samuel Dalembert to Phoenix. The Suns have sweetened their offer to the 76ers by including Leandro Barbosa in a package with Stoudemire. Also possible is a three-way trade that would send Hickson and Barbosa (along with Ilgauskas) to Philly, Stoudemire to Cleveland and Iguodala and Dalembert to Phoenix.

Expect the Suns to turn up the heat significantly on the Sixers on Monday."

i would like the three way trade but we have to take back two bigs and are only giving away one.

unless we buy out Z’s contract.

by packimop on Feb 15, 2010 8:22 AM PST up reply actions

Of course they buy out z’s contract :)

well it is expiring anyway i believe, but we would really have no place for him on the squad unless you want to take away minutes from young players and start Z and Brand. Which EJ and ES might do just because they want to.

Ed Stefanski I believe has Keivn Pritchard paralysis.

He will over value his assets and do nothing and then still be screwed by having to get under the luxury tax this off season

it would be nice

if we could just get a draft pick out of this

by EaglesRock on Feb 15, 2010 9:05 AM PST reply actions

Why would the Suns give away Amare, and then turn around a pick up Iggy? Seems counterproductive.

by philiafan14364 on Feb 15, 2010 9:33 AM PST reply actions

Because Amare wants 20 million a year

by jemagee on Feb 15, 2010 9:39 AM PST up reply actions

Either your going to contend or your not. If they make both moves theyre still stuck in the purgatory their in now. The 6-8 mil theyd be saving a year isnt going to change that.

If they’re on a fixed budget, then yes the 6=8 million a year is going to change that – they have money to spend.

They have a more traditional PF potential – and a traditional center potential – they have an incredible wing player on the break with one of the best point guards in the league…they can try and care about defense.
