Was Evan Turner the right Pick?

After watching Evan Turner play the first 17 games it is clear to me that he needs the ball in his hands and looks lost when he plays off the ball. With Jrue Holiday at the point, and very effective with the ball, I don't know if Turner was the right choice for the Sixers.  Take into account that Andre and Thad are more effective with the ball in their hands, and you have a problem. NOT ENOUGH BALLS.  Even if we trade Iguodala, is a Holiday- Turner backcourt going to work?  Personally, I love when Jrue has the ball and creates for himself and others. He's only going to get better. I'd rather have a Ray Allen type alongside him. Someone that can spot up and knock down threes. I know it's early for him, but nothing i've seen so far indicates that he will be comfortable without the ball. I think Doug Collins is facing a dilemma of what to do. Turner looks frustrated, but how can he take the ball from Holiday.  We could have taken Favors or Cousins, and not had to see as much of Speights and Hawes. Or we could have traded the pick for a good package.  I hope Holiday- Turner works out, but I just don't see it happening.
