With the 76ers season about to get underway and in desperate need for front-court help, let's get busy shall we?
I'll start:
76ers send:
76ers Recieve:
G Ben Gordan
Clippers send:
Clippers get:
F Andre Iguodala
Pistons send:
G Rodney Stuckey
G Ben Gordan
Pistons recieve:
G Baron Davis
Why for Philadelphia: We get a shooter that can actually play major minutes and spread the floor. A real actual perimeter player that can be an asset to this team. Not only that, but we get a big man worth a damn.
Why for Detroit: The Stuckey at PG thing failed, and having two expensive shooting guards is just not viable. So why not bring Baron Davis into the fold here? He's the kind of fast break-talented point guard that'd thrive here.
Why for the Clippers: They lose Baron Davis's fat contract, and they get a small forward for years to come in Iguodala that perfectly compliments Griffin and Gordan. And I think Stuckey can excel in VDN's "offense". The only bad part? They lose DeAndre Jordan but it's pretty much unclear where that organization is headed? Win-now or
later?
