umcoming season

I really like Lou WIliams at point, and hope he has developed enough over the summer to be a slash and disher.  Guy can score but can he be like mIller?  Thaddeus Young will be great this year.  Great legs, good shot, etc.  Andre Iguaodala, will be good too.  I used to question him, but you can see from last year the guy has been working on his outside shot.  One question for sure is sam dalembert.  If it was my team, he would be a sign and trade or release.  I don't know much about this primoz guy, but dalembert can creat his own shot, and when he tries, he looks like an eighth grader.  No disrespect sam.  Willie Green, solid AT TIMES.  Streaky.  Sometimes i watch him and am proud and like good for you.  Other times I wonder if he's even shot a baskeball in his life.  I like Jason Smith.  Teams can always use a big man that can shoot.  And he can shoot.  I hope jason you worked on your  post moves this summer.  I think it will be another 500 season.  All the guys will play hard, but the comepetion is stiff.  I wish this years sixers team the best.

shooter

kapono was a good trade, but we will have to see if lou can distribute the ball like miller. If not, it was a waste. What we need is a shooter that can really create his own shot and not rely only on spacing.

With the Princeton Offense

the pressure won’t be on just Lou to distribute the ball, it’ll be on the whole team :)

this season

A winning season maybe…playoffs maybe… depends on Williams adjustment to point and Brand’s play. I like to see Jason Smith healthy and Dalembert traded for a second rounder. Iggy, Young, Williams, Brand, Kapono, Speights, Ivey, Smith, and maybe Willie Green & Brez can get it done.

Lou

I disagree its going to be the WHOLE team. Lou will make or break the sixers. Imagine, just for a second, last years squad with out andre miller? They would have NEVER made the playoffs. He kept them in so many games because of his ablity to find guys and make the game easier. The breaker in my view is the point. I agree he will NEVER be a miller, but can he use his speed, agility, to open the lane and find guys somewhat like miller did? If he can, the season will be good

This is off-topic, sorry, but does anyone want to join an NBA Sim League?

You get to be a GM of an NBA team- that means make trades, sign players, etc…
You can also play games and talk on the shoutbox. You MUST BE ACTIVE!

The Philadelphia 76ers can really do well this season, I really don’t think Lou Williams will be a problem at PG.
