"League executives say Philadelphia 76ers forward Elton Brand and the four years and $65 million left on his contract are available"

Can he attract interest and from whom? Any thoughts?

If it’s true it’s asinine
Elton Brand has NEVEr had less trade value

"Someone created the box score," Morey says, "and he should be shot."

Blocked shots — they look great, but unless you secure the ball afterward, you haven’t helped your team all that much.

Warriors wanted him last year, how about now??

I’m a Celtics fan but am always interested in other things going on in the league, and I think the Sixers should call up the Warriors, who wanted to sign him last year, and offer him and J Smith for Correy Maggette, Brandon Wright and Ronnie Turiuf.

The Money works out perfectly and The Sixers get Maggette who they were interested in last year.

Because Andre Iguodala is a better all around basketball player than Corey Magette and not a malcontent. Bad enough you want the sixers to send along brand for scraps you want them to include Smith as well.

How about trading rajon rondo for speights – that’s fair
