As I read it it was interesitng, a historical ranking based on playoff accomplishment – he wasn’t ranking the current state of the team sadly

Blocked shots — they look great, but unless you secure the ball afterward, you haven’t helped your team all that much.

yea i probably should have noted that the ranking is based on the whole history of the organization and not the current state.
