Bring on the Magic!
I think everyone had their sights on the banged-up Celtics. Turns out the Sixers and Magic will face off in the first round. My reaction: Bring 'em on! Don't put anything past these 2008-2009 Sixers. Make sure to check out Third Quarter Collapse for all your Magic needs. In-depth analysis is on it's way.

Is Hedo and Lewis still injured? Because last I heard they were. Even if they weren’t I would still like our chances to at least make it a series or maybe even an upset since they rely a lot on the three and if that doesn’t fall for them and then we would have to somehow contain Superman though
I hope to get an interview with the Magic blogger tomorrow.
I was going to ask him about Hedo and Rashard. Anything else we wanna know?

avery johnson on his upset pick for the first round..
he likes us over the magic, then went on to say the reason he likes us is because of theo ratliff (yes this was the first person he said) and sam “dalem-BERT”

Yeah Avery said that, I don’t really blame him though for messing up Dalembert’s name since I have heard people say it like that before or saying Theo first since I could see Theo playing more since Sammy could get in foul trouble.
Over on the Magic's ESPN Board
They were saying that the Magic have the better player at every position through out the starting linups. I was laughing but I give them a little bit of a break because it is kind of hard to find someone who isn’t a dumb*ss over on those boards.
So do you think all there starters are better then ours? I would take Miller over Alston and Iggy over Turkoglu. Even though Lewis is probably the better player right now I would take Thad over him since I know he will be better in a year or two.
I think analyzing position-by-position has some flaws.
Lakers/Pistons in ’04 you could make an argument that the Lakers had the advantage at every position.
That said, I’d take two of the Sixers over the Magic — the Andres. Thad could be the X-Factor. I think he has the chance to outplay Rashard Lewis, but I’m not sure he will.
Miller vs. Alston
I actually think this is more of a push than anything due to the fact that both players fit the systems perfectly.
and also because I was a huge fan of Skip back in the day when he was still playin at the Rucker
