Andre Iguodala > Danny Granger

Box Score

Indy Cornrows

Highlights

Supposedly Danny Granger isn't at full strength. That's too bad, because last night Iggy showed the 298 people watching the game who the true all-star is.

A.Iguodala F 43:40 8-13 0-0 4-7 +14 3 5 8 11 3 4 4 0 0 20

D.Granger F 35:19 6-15 1-7 5-6 -2 0 2 2 2 2 0 3 3 0 18

Willie G and Sammy D also went off. Willie dropped a season high 23 and Sammy had a vintage 18-point, 20-rebound game. Hopefully that boosts both their trade values? Any takers? No. Okay.

The Sixers games with the Pacers are always close, and I actually predicted a loss, so whether it was a 5-point win, or a 25-point win, I was going to be satisfied. My motto of "a win's a win" continues to show up in recaps. I think I'm a little too picky. The new motto should be, "We won. Awesome!" So, "We won. Awesome!"

The Sixers are back at .500 at 24-24 and are officially without Elton Brand for the rest of the season.

Next up is Dwyane Wade, Mike Beasley and the Miami Heat. They come to town tomorrow.

Oh yeah, and I strongly advise you to check out the "fun" we had in last night's game thread. It's very probable that the game thread was responsible for my technical difficulties, but it was all worth it in the end.

Off to work. Check back later. I'm in a writing mood today.

remember when

the pacers had reggie miller and he would absolutely kill us.. i’ll always hold a minor grudge against the pacers for that, so beating them is always extra nice

Pimpin' ain't easy and neither is being a Sixers fan. I manage to do both. Join me at Liberty Ballers, the SBNation 76ers blog. Don't make fun of the name either. It has nothing to do with the New York Liberty of the WNBA.

I hate reggie miller for committing an offensive foul almost every time he took a shot and it never getting called – if he wasn’t allowed to kick people – how good would he have really been?
