Ouch. I knew it wasn't a good idea for him to rush back.

This is not surprising to me – after reading what depressedfan said about his separated shoulder and doing a little reading, I didn’t think he should have come back so fast OR skipped the surgery – i thought it was a long term risk for minimal short term gain. Shut him down completely – operate – let him heal completely and get him 100% healthy for next year.

Does this mean they waive the white flag?

And trade Miller.

Pimpin' ain't easy and neither is being a Sixers fan. I manage to do both. Join me at Liberty Ballers, the SBNation 76ers blog. Don't make fun of the name either. It has nothing to do with the New York Liberty of the WNBA.

Hey – i think they should have bene trading miller for a while now – i don’t think it is a ‘white’ flag – and what’s the white flag anyway? They’re probably making the playoffs with or without brand or miller in a weak east

When is the exact date for the deadline?

Brand has reassuring MRI

Could be back as soon as next game:

Reassuring MRI contradicts the ’don’t have full motion’ statments?

by jemagee on Feb 4, 2009 3:02 PM PST up reply actions

An MRI only shows so much. If it continues to be inflamed they will have to scope it.

BTW (posted this at depressed fan), doubling off Ray Allen reminded me of this old SNL skit: http://www.hulu.com/watch/10310/saturday-night-live-bad-idea-jeans

What are the odds of Allen hitting an open 3 is about the same as “but when will be the next time I’ll be in Haiti.”
