If this is a draft board and not a mock draft

Favors can’t be second. We need a center, a point guard, or a guard who can come off the bench to score. Favors is none of these things.

It’s between Donatas and Cole. I’d have to see more tape on both, but based on both scouting reports I’d go with the foreigner.

donatas cannot play a lick of defense

the advantage with aldrich is that he can play with speights and he won’t have to go through a rebounding/defense drought. and btw, why aminu and ebanks? do we really need a couple of tweeners who cannot shoot?

i know these names might be lower on the draft board, but names to keep in mind:

willie warren (if the iverson signing shows that iggy plays better with a star scorer, this guy could be it)

larry sanders (defensive, rebounding powerhouse at vcu whose developing a mid range jumper, he is supposedly theo ratliff defensively with his massive wingspan)

…(way lower)

stanley robinson (can guard every position on the court, limited offensive game but he can knock down the three, athletic freak)

charles garcia (according to scouting report he is a “cross between lamar odom and andray blatche.” he can rebound, has handles, he can shoot. he is good.

paul george- a jason kapono like three point shooter (who has other limited offensive abilities, but has potential). has tools physically to be a great defender. does what thad does not do well ,rebound and defend (even though this may be just a result of the princeton no-defense for thad), and he can shoot unlike iggy. he as well as the garcia and robinson have real role player potential.
