@deepsixer3 Jordan says starting lineup of Green, Iguodala, Young, Brand, and Dalembert. Holiday is out tonight, listed as day-to-day.

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 3:19 PM PST reply actions

but brand and dalembert rebound and play defense!

those type of big men do not work in the princeton system.

by el on Dec 5, 2009 3:39 PM PST up reply actions

i fnd it ironic that the sixers ticket sales plan is called “pick 5,” because they already know what spot we are going to have on draft night.

by el on Dec 5, 2009 3:41 PM PST reply actions

Holiday out with strained rotator cuff he sustained when blocking Willie Green’s shot in practice. Practice, man. Oh and thanks for ruining my life more, Bill. Why don’t you stab Iguodala and have sex with Thad’s girlfriend?

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 4:01 PM PST reply actions

Yay for Bill green as PG

Maybe it is the chance for Andre to play PG, coming out of AZ ESPN talked of him developing into a PG/Point-forward

“Insider Projection: Despite the obvious flaw to his game, scouts love him. Several believe that with his passing ability he could turn himself into an unstoppable big NBA point. He’s been shooting the ball much better in workouts after spending several months in Chicago working on his form. If he completes that part of his game, he could be really special.”

So draft-nicks – what’s 2 broken verterbrate do for a guys draft stock?

by jemagee on Dec 5, 2009 4:23 PM PST reply actions

did u see it happen… it was tough to watch… his arm just started flailing when he hit the ground – and i absolutely love evan turner (reminds me of iguodala)

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 4:29 PM PST up reply actions

Turner is an interesting prospect…as truly still learning to play the PG, I also see him as an iggy type player where can get 12-18 pts 5+RPG and 5+APG, if keeps improving but injury does not help at all!

by fantasybc88 on Dec 5, 2009 4:33 PM PST up reply actions

Didn’t see it – saw it on ESPN crawl while watching highlights of pitt cinci…

by jemagee on Dec 5, 2009 6:19 PM PST up reply actions

bobcats currently 7/10 from three – and it continues…

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 5:30 PM PST reply actions

It’s a lot of fun repeating the same things every game and seeing nothing being done to fix it. Boy, that’s coaching.

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 5:31 PM PST up reply actions

I don’t understand the phenomenon that is William Green

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:11 PM PST reply actions

In other news, Thad has 10 boards tonight, still with 5 minutes to play. That’s good to see. Oh and we’re up 10 to the team that just lost to the previously winless Nets. That’s nice.

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:13 PM PST reply actions

could break an 18 and 8 game losing streaks in back to back games… that has to bee good for morale

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 6:14 PM PST up reply actions

now, now, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. lead back down to 5

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:18 PM PST up reply actions

Elton telling Eddie Jordan to sniff deez nuts.

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:25 PM PST reply actions

then Diaw with his FIFTH three. this isn’t news.

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:26 PM PST up reply actions

is there any doubt that bobcats hit one at the buzzer?

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 6:27 PM PST reply actions

Anything happen yet? cant get the game.

by Ben16 on Dec 5, 2009 6:31 PM PST reply actions

Diaw got the inbound

drove past an out of position Carney and made a little floater.

by phillyhoosfan on Dec 5, 2009 6:32 PM PST up reply actions

Heh

Brilliant help defense from Sammy.

by phillyhoosfan on Dec 5, 2009 6:31 PM PST reply actions

apparently eddie jordan thinks blowing the lead is funny – nice smile on his face after diaw got that layup

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 6:32 PM PST reply actions

I think it’s hilarious

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:32 PM PST up reply actions

’dre hits the first.

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:33 PM PST reply actions

misses the second?

by Ben16 on Dec 5, 2009 6:34 PM PST up reply actions

and the second — take that soman319

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:35 PM PST up reply actions

Wow Iggy made them both.

But it doesn’t matter, as Felton sliced thru the defense like a hot knife through butter.

by phillyhoosfan on Dec 5, 2009 6:34 PM PST reply actions

or like every other player does against the sixers

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 6:35 PM PST up reply actions

who was covering him? willie?

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:35 PM PST up reply actions

surprised that iggy hit them both

by Ben16 on Dec 5, 2009 6:35 PM PST up reply actions

what was the last play?

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:35 PM PST up reply actions

iggy inbounds to thad who couldn’t catch it but dre recovered it… drove and pulled up but bricked it…… john wall

by Tanner Steidel on Dec 5, 2009 6:36 PM PST up reply actions

I love not attacking the basket there. Drawing a foul is so 20th century.

by Michael Levin on Dec 5, 2009 6:37 PM PST up reply actions

He did get the ball at half-court going in the wrong direction on a bad ankle. Considering the lack of whistles he got all game, I doubt he would’ve gotten a call unless he was bleeding like a Kill Bill mook.

by MojoPharoah on Dec 5, 2009 6:58 PM PST up reply actions

Iggy getting the ball at half court

dribbling up and with no one open, throws up a running jumper with a hand in his face. He’s no Kobe though, and the shot is off.

by phillyhoosfan on Dec 5, 2009 6:37 PM PST up reply actions

Dalembert -12, Brezec +10.
