If he gets on the all star team somehow does this improve his trade value? Maybe the sixers are pumping him up?

He's averaging 6 points and 8 rebounds.

I find it hard to believe NBA GMs are that stupid, but hey, if they are, I’m all for it.

Pimpin' ain't easy and neither is being a Sixers fan. I manage to do both. Join me at Liberty Ballers, the SBNation 76ers blog. Don't make fun of the name either. It has nothing to do with the New York Liberty of the WNBA.

I would think it does improve his value. And i guarantee that there are GM’s stupid enough in the league to take him.

Any GM who thinks being 1 million votes behind dwight howard makes sam have more trade value should be fired

I don’t vote in all star game voting – in any sport – i think it’s asnine to let the fans pick who is having the best season – it’s like giving Bill Conlin an MVP vote…oh wait

by jemagee on Jan 2, 2009 8:17 PM PST up reply actions   0 recs

Agreed

but it shouldn’t stop you from voting. Since that’s the way the system is right now, might as well give a few extra votes to the guys who deserve it.

I'm no commie, but the Reds shall be the best again!
