Clippers at Sixers game thread 11/21/08

Los Angeles Clippers at Philadelphia 76ers, Nov 21, 2008 4:00 PM PST

I'm still at work, so I'll have to watch the game on my DVR. This time I'm turning my phone off, so I can actually watch it without knowing the outcome and write a solid recap.

We play Elton's old team.

They suck worse than we do. 2-9 record.

Check out Clips Nation for Clippers stuff.

I'm hoping for a big win.

The Clippers were busy today, trading for Zach Randolph. It doesn't affect us.

TV: Comcast SportsNet

Record: 5-6

Prediction: 112-94 Sixers

This is an open thread.

Well it affects the game because Cutino Mobley won’t be playing and eric gordon hasn’t exactly astonished anyone so far.

Same for Tim Thomas

but I don’t consider either one of them to be very influential. My tune might change when we get blown out after Eric Gordon drops 38 points.

Where will you be when the Sixers hoist the Larry O'Brien trophy? Hopefully Liberty Ballers.

Tim Thomas never worries me, mobley could have a 25 point game if he has a hot night.

It makes the clips short two players from their rotation for the night…but the clips are terrible, the sixers should have won this game easy anyway

Honestly, I’m past the point of caring about winning or losing i need to see specific things

I completely agree.

I’d rather see us win by 3 and have certain players play a certain way, then win by 50, without playing our best, if that makes any sense.

For example, the Raptors game was the most satisfying win of the year, even though we’ve blown some bad teams out.

Where will you be when the Sixers hoist the Larry O'Brien trophy? Hopefully Liberty Ballers.

If they hadn’t fouled andre miller on that fast break his shot would have been behind the basket – jesus

You know Mo Cheeks whole ’don’t tell thaddeus young he’s the leading score’ is one of the dumber things i’ve ever heard a coach say – and he said it not to philadelphia media but clippers announcers

Zach Randolph has a ‘good woman’ in his life now?

So all his issues stemmed from bad women?

Bitches man, bitches.

Baron Davis – bigger ball hog than andre miller – and the sixers win a game they didn’t deserve to really
